Given our hectic lives, we all try to imagine where we ant to be at a certain moment. Sometimes, it’s just enough o travel, in our minds, to a certain place where we have had a special memory, our so-called “Happy Place”. Far away from my Iowa home, I found my happy place on a cliff side terrace on the island of Santorini in the Greek islands. Often, during my daily routines, I escape to the vision of this place and suddenly I’m transported back to the warmth, the wine, the ahhh!
