The rolling hills of Tuscany are like a kingdom in themselves but when the setting sun walks its way through the planted paths it creates something that encompasses more than just a kingdom. The light creates something magnificent that darkness merely outlines. The light opens doors that remain closed otherwise; it opens every curve of the vines and traces every road. The cypress trees shed their green cloaks to be bathed only in the golden light being emitted all around. Surely this place is no kingdom, but rather an empire of unending light.
