Lake Bled

The first light of the day brings about a new beginning each morning. As the sun sets, it turns the page of the day to a new chapter. The first light of the sun shines on the blank page, beckoning us to write that day’s story. It should come as no surprise that I love to create and each day that blank page calls to me much like the first light of the day. I found myself drawn to the lake and the church throughout my trip and yet nothing had sparked that creativity to write; to shoot; until the day of the image. Everything flowed and danced so perfectly that as the sun set on that day, I turned my page with a smile on my face and a view in my mind that I’d hoped would never fade.
